Eccellenza gastronomica in quota! Finalmente un RISTORANTE degno di essere chiamato tale al colle! questo ristorante è un concentrato di qualità. La proposta culinaria è di altissimo livello,prezzi nella media rispetto ad altri ristoranti. La carta dei vini è curata, perfetta per chi ama scoprire etichette diverse dal solito! L’ambiente è raffinato e allo stesso tempo molto accogliente,il caminetto ne fa da padrone, ideale per chi cerca una cena d'autore in un contesto montano autentico. Consiglio di provare questo locale perché ne vale davvero la pena,complimenti a tutto lo staff! Complimenti soprattutto a Otta e Eli! Alla prossima!

Esperienza veramente fantastica! Il locale è molto curato e il personale è assolutamente preparato e attentissimo a ogni bisogno del cliente. Notevoli il tagliere di antipasto con formaggi e salumi locali e il petto d’anatra. Assolutamente consigliatissimo!

Il ristorante è situato in un piccolo borgo a 5 minuti da Sestriere, una località tranquilla e caratteristica. Posto raffinato, ma caloroso, anche grazie all’accoglienza e alla gentilezza del personale. Il cibo è eccellente: noi abbiamo ordinato come antipasto i crostoni di polenta accompagnati da funghi…già dall’inizio sapevamo che la cena sarebbe continuata solo che in meglio!! Il pezzo forte (a nostro avviso) è stato il primo: Le Ghenefles di Champlas…ci siamo affidati alla tradizione e alla materia prima locale ed è stata una sorpresa deliziosa. Consigliamo vivamente come dolce il loro buonissimo Strudel! Se cercate un posto nelle vicinanze di Sestriere che sappia farvi sentire a casa e in cui assaggiare piatti tipici locali questo è il locale che cercate.
